Ayesha reported,

She was mentioning the matter of Khaybar, and he related the hadith, except that he said, "When the dates first ripen," and he said, "Before the fruits are eaten."

حدثنا محمد بن بكر أخبرنا ابن جريج عن ابن شهاب أنه بلغه عنه عن عروة

عن عائشة أنها قالت

وهي تذكر شأن خيبر فذكر الحديث إلا أنه قال حين يطيب أول التمر وقال قبل أن تؤكل الثمار
