The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would pass by the cooking pot, take a bone with meat on it, eat from it, then pray without performing ablution and without touching water.
حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن عبد العزيز بن رفيع عن عكرمة وابن أبي مليكة
كان رسول الله ﷺ يمر بالقدر فيأخذ العرق فيصيب منه ثم يصلي ولم يتوضأ ولم يمس ماء
Its isnad is sahih, it has occurred many times before. It is found in Bukhari 1/310 no. 207, and Muslim 1/273 no. 354, both from Ibn Abbas.
