The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Two serpents are set upon the disbeliever, one approaching from the direction of his head and the other from the direction of his feet, gnawing at him relentlessly. Whenever they finish, they return to begin again, and this continues until the Day of Resurrection."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال يرسل على الكافر حيتان واحدة من قبل رأسه وأخرى من قبل رجليه تقرضانه قرضا كلما فرغتا عادتا إلى يوم القيامة
