I asked Ayesha how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would sleep when in a state of major ritual impurity, whether he would bathe before sleeping.She replied, "He used to do all of that. Sometimes he would bathe and then sleep, and sometimes he would perform ablution and then sleep."I then asked her how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited at night, whether he recited aloud or silently.She replied, "He used to do all of that. Sometimes he recited aloud, and sometimes he recited silently."
