I asked Ayesha how many rakahs the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray for witr.She replied, "Four and three, six and three, eight and three, and ten and three. He never prayed witr with more than thirteen rakahs, nor with fewer than seven, and he never omitted the two rakahs."

سألت عائشة بكم كان رسول الله ﷺ يوتر قالت بأربع وثلاث وست وثلاث وثمان وثلاث وعشرة وثلاث ولم يكن يوتر بأكثر من ثلاث عشرة ولا أنقص من سبع وكان لا يدع ركعتين
