Ayesha reported,

Aishah reported that Jibreel came to the Prophet ﷺ riding a mule, wearing a turban with one end hanging between his shoulders. She said, "I asked the Prophet ﷺ about him."He replied, "You saw him? That was Jibreel ."

أن جبريل عليه السلام أتى النبي ﷺ على برذون وعليه عمامة طرفها بين كتفيه فسألت النبي ﷺ فقال رأيتيه ذاك جبريل عليه السلام
