Ayesha reported,

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished with the campaign of the Confederates, he entered the bathing area to wash himself. Jibreel then came and said, "Have you laid down your weapons? We have not yet laid down ours. March on against Banu Qurayzah."Ayesha said, "It is as though I can still see Jibreel through the gap in the door, his head wrapped against the dust."

أن رسول الله ﷺ لما فرغ من الأحزاب دخل المغتسل ليغتسل فجاء جبريل عليه السلام فقال أوقد وضعتم السلاح ما وضعنا أسلحتنا بعد انهد إلى بني قريظة فقالت عائشة كأني أنظر إلى جبريل عليه السلام من خلل الباب قد عصب رأسه من الغبار
