Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

Ali said to the Prophet ﷺ regarding the daughter of Hamza, mentioning her beauty. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "She is the daughter of my brother through breastfeeding."Then the Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Do you not know that Allah has forbidden through breastfeeding what He has forbidden through lineage?"

أن عليا قال للنبي ﷺ في ابنة حمزة وذكر من جمالها فقال رسول الله ﷺ إنها ابنة أخي من الرضاعة ثم قال نبي الله ﷺ أما علمت أن الله عز وجل حرم من الرضاعة ما حرم من النسب
