Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ used to perform the major ablution from sexual impurity, then come to the mosque with his head still dripping water, intending to fast that day.

حدثنا حسين وأبو أحمد الزبيري قالا حدثنا إسرائيل عن أبي إسحاق عن الأسود بن يزيد

كان النبي ﷺ يغتسل من الجنابة ثم يأتي المسجد ورأسه يقطر وهو يريد الصوم ذلك اليوم
