Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would sometimes spend the night in a state of major ritual impurity, and Bilal would come to him for the dawn prayer. He would rise and bathe, and I could see the water flowing down his skin and hair. Then I would hear his recitation in the dawn prayer, and he would continue fasting that day.Mutarrif said, I asked Amir, "Was this during Ramadan?"He replied, "It makes no difference."

عن عائشة أنها قالت

إن كان رسول الله ﷺ ليبيت جنبا فيأتيه بلال لصلاة الغداة فيقوم فيغتسل وإني لأنظر إلى الماء ينحدر في جلده وشعره فأسمع قراءته لصلاة الغداة ثم يظل صائما قال مطرف قلت لعامر في رمضان قال سواء عليك
