The Prophet ﷺ said concerning a man who divorced his wife three times, after which she married another man who then divorced her before consummating the marriage, "The first husband cannot marry her again until she has tasted his sweetness and he has tasted hers."
حدثنا عفان حدثنا حماد بن سلمة قال أخبرنا علي بن زيد عن أم محمد
أن النبي ﷺ قال في رجل طلق امرأته ثلاثا ثم تزوجها آخر ثم طلقها من قبل أن يمسها قال لا ينكحها الأول حتى تذوق من عسيلته ويذوق من عسيلتها
