When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wished to perform the ritual bath from major impurity, he would wash his hands three times. Then he would take water with his right hand and pour it onto his left, using it to wash his private parts thoroughly until they were clean. He would then wash his hand well, rinse his mouth three times, draw water into his nose three times, wash his face three times, and wash his forearms three times. After that, he would pour water over his head three times and then bathe his entire body. When he stepped away, he would wash his feet.

كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا أراد أن يغتسل من جنابة يغسل يديه ثلاثا ثم يأخذ بيمينه ليصب على شماله فيغسل فرجه حتى ينقيه ثم يغسل يده غسلا حسنا ثم يمضمض ثلاثا ويستنشق ثلاثا ويغسل وجهه ثلاثا وذراعيه ثلاثا ثم يصب على رأسه الماء ثلاثا ثم يغتسل فإذا خرج غسل قدميه
