Ayesha said, "Abu Bakr's family once sent us a sheep's leg at night. I held it while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cut it." Or she said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ held it while I cut it."The narrator asked her, "You did this without a lamp?"Ayesha said, "A whole month would pass for the family of Muhammad without their baking any bread or cooking anything in a pot."Humayd said, "I mentioned this to Safwan bin Mihraz, and he said, 'No, rather two months would pass.'"
