The Prophet ﷺ used to say over a sick person, "In the name of Allah, with the soil of our land and the saliva of one of us, may our sick be healed by the permission of our Lord."
حدثنا علي بن عبد الله حدثنا سفيان قال حدثني عبد ربه بن سعيد عن عمرة
أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول في المريض بسم الله بتربة أرضنا بريقة بعضنا ليشفى سقيمنا بإذن ربنا
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari related it, 10/206, no. 7045, and Abu Dawud, 4/12, no. 3895, and Ibn Majah, 2/1163, no. 3521, all of them in the Book of Medicine, and Muslim, 4/1724, no. 2194, in the Book of Greetings.
