Abu Ubayd reported,

Ayesha said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came in to me at Sarif while I was menstruating and feeling downcast.He asked me, 'Are you menstruating?'I replied, 'Yes, Messenger of Allah. I do not think women were created for anything but trouble.'He said, 'Not at all. This is something that the daughters of Adam have been afflicted with.'"

قالت عائشة دخل علي رسول الله ﷺ بسرف وقد نفست وأنا منكسة فقال لي أنفست فقلت نعم يا رسول الله ولا أحسب النساء خلقن إلا للشر فقال لا ولكنه شيء ابتلي به نساء بني آدم
