A man bought a slave and made use of his labor for some time, then discovered or noticed a defect in him and returned him because of the defect. The seller said, "He has taken the earnings of my slave."The Prophet ﷺ said, "The earnings belong to the buyer in return for bearing the liability."
حدثنا إسحاق بن عيسى قال حدثني مسلم عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه
أن رجلا ابتاع غلاما فاستغله ثم وجد أو رأى به عيبا فرده بالعيب فقال البائع غلة عبدي فقال النبي ﷺ الغلة بالضمان
