He told him that there was a dispute between him and some people over a piece of land, and that he went to Ayesha and mentioned the matter to her.She said, "Abu Salama, stay away from that land, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whoever wrongfully takes even a hand-span of land will have it placed around his neck from the depths of seven earths.'"

Its isnad is sahih, but the sequence of the isnad suggests that Husayn bin Muhammad did not hear directly from Yahya Ansari, though he is among those who narrate from him, and does so frequently. The hadith has already appeared at 24234.
