She asked me to write out a copy of the Quran for her, and she said, "When you reach this verse, 'Guard the prayers, and the middle prayer' [Baqarah 2:238], let me know."When I reached it, I told her, and she dictated to me, "Guard the prayers, and the middle prayer, and the Asr prayer, and stand before Allah devoutly obedient."Then she said, "I heard it this way from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."
حدثنا إسحاق قال أخبرني مالك عن زيد بن أسلم عن القعقاع بن حكيم
أن أكتب لها مصحفا قالت إذا بلغت إلى هذه الآية {حافظوا على الصلوات والصلاة الوسطى} فآذني فلما بلغتها آذنتها فأملت علي حافظوا على الصلوات والصلاة الوسطى وصلاة العصر وقوموا لله قانتين قالت سمعتها من رسول الله ﷺ
Its isnad is sahih. Qaqa bin Hakeem Kinani Madani is trustworthy, his narrations appear in Muslim and the four Sunan works. The hadith was narrated by Muslim, 1/437, no. 629, in the book of mosques, Abu Dawud, 1/112, no. 410, Tirmidhi, 5/217, no. 2982, in tafsir, Surah Baqarah, where he said, hasan sahih, and Nasai, 1/236, no. 472, in the book of prayer.
