The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not harm his neighbor. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent. And whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his guest."
حدثنا الحكم بن موسى قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن أبي الرجال قال عبد الله وسمعته من الحكم قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن أبي الرجال قال قال أبي فذكره عن أمه عمرة
عن النبي ﷺ قال من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يؤذ جاره ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليقل خيرا أو ليصمت ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليكرم ضيفه
Its isnad is daif, due to the unknown status of the mother of Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Rijal. But the hadith is sahih, as it has preceded many times. See 9932, 11666, 22388. Haythami mentioned it and graded it sahih, which means he considered the mother of Abdul-Rahman to be known. Perhaps in his copy it was reported "from his father."
