The Abyssinians were performing their play before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a day of Eid. She said, "I peered over his shoulder, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ lowered his shoulders for me, and I kept watching them from over his shoulder until I had seen enough, then I turned away."
حدثنا ابن نمير قال حدثنا هشام عن أبيه
أن الحبشة كانوا يلعبون عند رسول الله ﷺ في يوم عيد قالت فاطلعت من فوق عاتقه فطأطأ لي رسول الله ﷺ منكبيه فجعلت أنظر إليهم من فوق عاتقه حتى شبعت ثم انصرفت

Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari narrated it in 1/549 no. 454, Fath [Bari], in the chapter on prayer, and Muslim in 2/608 no. 892, in the chapter on the two Eids, and similarly Nasai in 3/195 no. 1094, and Tirmidhi in 5/621 no. 3691, who said, hasan sahih ghareeb, in the chapter on virtues, and Humaydi in 1/123 no. 254.
