They brought a large bowl during Ramadan, and Zirr estimated it to hold eight, nine, or ten ratls. Mujahid said, "Ayesha told me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform his bath with the like of this."

Its isnad is sahih. Musa Juhani is Ibn Abdullah, trustworthy, his hadith appears in Muslim. The hadith was narrated by Nasai, 1/127, number 266. The uss is a large stone vessel, resembling a big jar when its mouth is wide.
