I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "No believer is pricked by a thorn or anything greater than it without Allah recording for him a degree in rank because of it and erasing one of his sins through it."
حدثنا حسين حدثنا شيبان عن منصور عن إبراهيم عن الأسود
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول ما من مؤمن يشاك بشوكة فما فوقها إلا كتب له بها درجة وكفر عنه بها خطيئة
