I said to Ayesha, "Dear mother, tell me about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."She replied, "His prayer in Ramadan and outside of it was the same, thirteen rakahs, including the two rakahs of Fajr."I said, "Tell me about his fasting."She said, "He would fast until we said he was always fasting, and he would not fast until we said he was no longer fasting. I never saw him fast more in any month than he did in Shaban. He used to fast nearly all of it."
