I asked Ayesha, "With what did you perfume the Prophet ﷺ?"She replied, "With the finest perfume."

سألت عائشة بأي شيء طيبت النبي ﷺ قالت بأطيب الطيب
Its isnad is sahih. Uthman bin Urwa bin Zubayr, the brother of Hisham, is trustworthy and virtuous, and his hadith appears in the Sahihayn. The hadith was narrated by Bukhari, 3/396, no. 1539, and Muslim, 2/847, no. 1189, both in the Hajj, and Abu Dawud, 2/144, no. 1745, and Tirmidhi, 3/250, no. 1801, all of them in the rites section.
