Safiyyah began menstruating after she had performed the tawaf of ifadah. I mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he asked, "Is she going to detain us?"I replied, "She started menstruating after performing the tawaf of ifadah."He said, "Then let her depart," or he said, "Then there is no problem."
