The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every drink that intoxicates is forbidden."
حدثنا سفيان عن الزهري عن أبي سلمة
أن النبي ﷺ قال كل شراب أسكر فهو حرام
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari narrated it, 1/354, no. 242, Fath, in wudu, Muslim, 3/1585, no. 2001, and Nasai, 8/297, no. 5591, both in Ashribah.
