Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to begin the prayer with the takbir, and the recitation with "All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds" [Fatihah 1:2]. When he bowed, he did not raise his head, nor (Yahya said, did he stretch his head up) did he lower it, but kept it level between the two. When he raised his head from bowing, he did not prostrate until he had stood up straight, and when he raised his head from prostration, he did not prostrate again until he had sat up straight.She said, "He used to recite the tahiyyat after every two units of prayer. He used to forbid sitting like the heels of Satan, and he would spread out his left foot and keep his right foot upright. He used to forbid any of us from spreading out our forearms like a dog. He would conclude the prayer with the salam."Yahya said, "He used to dislike anyone spreading out his forearms in the manner of a wild beast."

عن عائشة قالت

كان رسول الله ﷺ يفتتح الصلاة بالتكبير والقراءة ب {الحمد لله رب العالمين} وكان إذا ركع لم يرفع رأسه وقال يحيى يشخص رأسه ولم يصوبه ولكن بين ذلك وكان إذا رفع رأسه من الركوع لم يسجد حتى يستوي قائما وإذا رفع رأسه من السجود لم يسجد حتى يستوي جالسا قالت وكان يقول في كل ركعتين التحية وكان ينهى عن عقب الشيطان وكان يفترش رجله اليسرى وينصب رجله اليمنى وكان ينهى أن يفترش أحدنا ذراعيه كالكلب وكان يختم الصلاة بالتسليم قال يحيى وكان يكره أن يفترش ذراعيه افتراش السبع
