The Prophet ﷺ forbade the use of the Naqir, the Muqayyar, the Dubba, and the Hantam.
حدثنا معتمر عن إسحاق يعني ابن سويد عن معاذة
عن النبي ﷺ نهى عن النقير والمقير والدباء والحنتم
Its isnad is sahih. Ishaq bin Suwayd is al-Adawi, and he is trustworthy, his hadith is found in the collections of all the six major compilers. The same applies to Muazah, who is the daughter of Abdullah al-Adawiyyah. The hadith has already appeared at 17789.
