He reported that a man came to the Prophet and asked, "Messenger of Allah, may one of us pray in a single garment?"He gave him no reply.When the call to prayer was made, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ put on two garments and prayed in them.
حدثنا حسن بن موسى: حدثنا شيبان عن يحيى بن أبي كثير: حدثني عيسى بن خثيم
أخبره: أن رجلا جاء إلى النبي، فقال: يا رسول الله، أيصلي أحدنا في ثوب واحد؟ فسكت عنه، فلما نودي بالصلاة، قال: طارق رسول الله ﷺ بين ثوبين، فصلى فيهما.
