Awf bin Malik and Dhul-Kala entered the mosque of Bayt al-Maqdis. Awf said to him, "Your cousin is here giving a sermon."Dhul-Kala replied, "He is among the best," or "among the most upright of people."Awf said, "I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'No one gives religious admonition except a ruler, one appointed by a ruler, or someone presumptuous.'"

دخل عوف بن مالك هو وذو الكلاع مسجد بيت المقدس فقال له عوف عندك ابن عمك فقال ذو الكلاع أما إنه من خير أو من أصلح الناس فقال عوف أشهد لسمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا يقص إلا أمير أو مأمور أو متكلف
