A necklace containing gold and beads, which had been taken from the spoils of war, was brought to the Prophet ﷺ for sale. The Prophet ﷺ ordered that the gold in the necklace be separated and removed on its own, then he said, "Gold for gold, weight for weight."
حدثنا أبو عبد الرحمن حدثنا حيوة وابن لهيعة قالا أنبأنا أبو هانئ عن علي بن رباح
أتي النبي ﷺ بقلادة فيها ذهب وخرز تباع وهي من الغنائم فأمر النبي ﷺ بالذهب الذي في القلادة فنزع وحده ثم قال الذهب بالذهب وزنا بوزن
