Its isnad is sahih. Abdul-Jabbar bin Muhammad Khattabi Adawi is a descendant of Umar. Ibn Hibban rated him trustworthy, while Bukhari and Abu Hatim said nothing about him. The rest are trustworthy narrators whose hadiths are accepted by all. Ubaydullah is Ibn Amr Raqqi, and the hadith was mentioned previously at 23793.
