Its isnad is sahih. Muhammad bin Rashid Makhuli Khuzai is trustworthy, his hadith appearing in the Sunan collections. As for Nuaim bin Himar - the more correct being Humar, as noted in his biography given specially before - he was a companion, and the hadith is like the one before it.
