The Prophet ﷺ said, "There will come rulers who will be preoccupied with various matters and will delay the prayer past its proper time. Pray the prayer at its proper time, then make your prayer with them a voluntary one."

عن النبي ﷺ قال سيكون أمراء يشغلهم أشياء ويؤخرون الصلاة عن وقتها فصلوا الصلاة لوقتها ثم اجعلوا صلاتكم معهم تطوعا
