Someone said, "Messenger of Allah, I feel a sense of dread."He replied, "When you lie down to sleep, say, 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger, His punishment, the evil of His servants, the whisperings of the devils, and from their presence near me.' Then nothing will harm you, and it is most likely that nothing will come near you."
