Muawiya bin Hakam Sulami reported,

One day I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and a man in the congregation sneezed, so I said, "May Allah have mercy on you."The people shot me looks with their eyes, so I said, "May my mother lose me! What is the matter with you all, staring at me?"They began striking their hands against their thighs, and when I saw that they were signaling me to be quiet, I fell silent. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished praying, he called me over. By my father and my mother, I have never seen a teacher before him or after him who taught more beautifully than he did. He did not strike me, nor scold me, nor abuse me.He simply said, "This prayer of ours is not a place for any of ordinary human speech. It is only glorification, takbir, and recitation of the Quran," or something to that effect, as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said it.These are three narrations he related to me. And he said, "It is only glorification, takbir, praise of Allah, and recitation of the Quran," or something to that effect, as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said it.
