Hudhayfah stood up to deliver a speech in the house of Amir bin Hanzala, where both Tamimis and Mudaris were present, and said, "A day will surely come upon Mudar when they will not leave a single servant of Allah who worships Him without killing him, or they will be struck with such a beating that they will not be able to defend even the tail of a hill or its base."Someone said, "Abu Abdullah, are you saying this about your own people, the people you belong to?"He replied, "I am only saying what I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say."

قام حذيفة خطيبا في دار عامر بن حنظلة فيها التميمي والمضري فقال ليأتين على مضر يوم لا يدعون لله عبدا يعبده إلا قتلوه أو ليضربن ضربا لا يمنعون ذنب تلعة أو أسفل تلعة فقيل يا أبا عبد الله تقول هذا لقومك أو لقوم أنت يعني منهم قال لا أقول يعني إلا ما سمعت من رسول الله ﷺ يقول
