The Prophet ﷺ said, "There are five harmful creatures, all of them fasiq, which a person in the state of ihram may kill, and likewise they may be killed within the sacred precinct."
حدثنا عثمان حدثنا جرير عن حصين بن عبد الرحمن عن عكرمة
عن النبي ﷺ قال خمس كلهن فاسقة يقتلهن المحرم ويقتلن في الحرم مثله
Its isnad is sahih, and it is a repetition of the previous one. The author of Majma al-Zawaid missed this isnad, for he said regarding the previous hadith, "It contains Layth bin Abu Salim, who is trustworthy, but he practices tadlis," thus forgetting this isnad, which does not contain Layth.
