Huzaifa bin Yaman reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ once stood among us and delivered a address in which he left nothing unmentioned of what would happen before the Hour. Those who remembered it remembered it, and those who forgot it forgot it. I sometimes see one of these things happen and recall it, just as a man recognizes the face of another whom he had not seen for a while and then meets again.

حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا سفيان عن الأعمش عن أبي وائل

عن حذيفة قال

قام فينا رسول الله ﷺ مقاما ما ترك فيه شيئا يكون قبل الساعة إلا قد ذكره حفظه من حفظه ونسيه من نسيه إني لأرى الشيء فأذكره كما يعرف الرجل وجه الرجل غاب عنه ثم رآه فعرفه
