When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ retired to his bed, he would say, "In Your name, Allah, I die and I live." When he awoke, he would say, "Praise be to Allah who has given us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection."

كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا أوى إلى فراشه قال باسمك اللهم أموت وأحيا وإذا استيقظ قال الحمد لله الذي أحيانا بعدما أماتنا وإليه النشور
