Sami al-Zayyat al-Kufi, Abu Salih al-Hanafi, the freed servant of Ibn Abbas, is a trustworthy successor, deemed trustworthy by Ibn Main, Abu Zura, and others, as stated in al-Tajil, 169. This hadith is a repetition of the one before it, and Darimi related it, 1:153, from Qabisa, from Thawri, from Amash.
