I heard some men relating from the Prophet ﷺ that he said, "When a slave woman is freed, she has the choice as long as her husband has not had relations with her. If she wishes, she may separate from him. But if he has had relations with her, she has no choice and cannot separate from him."
حدثنا يحيى بن إسحاق أخبرنا ابن لهيعة عن عبيد الله بن أبي جعفر
سمعت رجالا يتحدثون عن النبي ﷺ قال إذا عتقت الأمة فهي بالخيار ما لم يطأها إن شاءت فارقته وإن وطئها فلا خيار لها ولا تستطيع فراقه
Its chain of transmission is hasan, and it has already appeared in 16572 with the same chain and wording.
