Abu Tamima reported,

Someone who had ridden behind the Prophet ﷺ, or someone who related it from one who had ridden behind the Prophet ﷺ, reported that he was riding behind him when his mount stumbled, and he said, "May Satan perish."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not say that, for when you say so, he swells until he becomes like a mountain and says, 'By my own strength I brought him down.' But when you say, 'In the name of Allah,' he shrinks until he becomes like a fly."

عن ردف النبي ﷺ أو من حدثه عن ردف النبي ﷺ أنه كان ردفه فعثرت به دابته فقال تعس الشيطان فقال لا تفعل فإنه يتعاظم إذا قلت ذلك حتى يصير مثل الجبل ويقول بقوتي صرعته وإذا قلت بسم الله تصاغر حتى يكون مثل الذباب
