The Prophet ﷺ said, "Four practices from the days of ignorance remain in my community that they will not abandon, boasting about lineage, attacking others' ancestry, seeking rain through the stars, and wailing over the dead."He added, "If a wailing woman does not repent before her death, she will be raised on the Day of Resurrection wearing a garment of tar and a shirt of scabs."
