With what was the wound of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ treated?He replied that Ali used to bring water in his shield while Fatimah washed the blood from his face. Then a piece of straw matting was taken and burned, and its ashes were used to pack his wound.

بأي شيء دووي جرح رسول الله ﷺ قال كان علي يجيء بالماء في ترسه وفاطمة تغسل الدم عن وجهه وأخذ حصيرا فأحرقه فحشا به جرحه
