Abu Shaham reported,

I was an idle, mischievous man. A young woman passed by me on one of the roads of Madinah, and I reached out and pinched her side.The next day, people came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to give him their pledge of allegiance. I came to him and stretched out my hand to pledge allegiance, but he withdrew his hand and said, "I think you are the one who pinched her, indeed, you are the one who pinched the girl yesterday."I said, "Messenger of Allah, accept my pledge, for by Allah, I will never do it again."He said, "In that case, yes."
