Its chain of transmission is sahih. It was previously mentioned at 18691, and it appears in all the Sihah. Muslim narrated it in the Book of Drinks, in the chapter on the prohibition of treating illness with intoxicants or wine. Tirmidhi narrated it in the Book of Medicine, and Darimi in the Book of Foods.
