A man came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was at the first Jamrah and asked, "Messenger of Allah, which jihad is best?"The Prophet ﷺ remained silent and did not answer him. The man asked him again at the second Jamrah, and he responded the same way. When the Prophet ﷺ had stoned Jamrat al-Aqaba and placed his foot in the stirrup, he asked, "Where is the questioner?"He said, "A word of justice spoken before a tyrannical ruler."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن أبي غالب
جاء رجل إلى النبي ﷺ وهو عند الجمرة الأولى فقال يا رسول الله أي الجهاد أفضل قال فسكت عنه ولم يجبه ثم سأله عند الجمرة الثانية فقال له مثل ذلك فلما رمى النبي ﷺ جمرة العقبة ووضع رجله في الغرز قال أين السائل قال كلمة عدل عند إمام جائر
