Abu Umama Bahili reported,

Whenever the Prophet of Allah ﷺ stood for prayer, he would say "Allahu Akbar" three times, then "There is no god but Allah" three times, then "Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him" three times. Then he would say, "I seek refuge in You from the accursed Satan, from his prompting, his arrogance, and his poetry."

أبا أمامة الباهلي يقول

كان نبي الله ﷺ إذا قام إلى الصلاة كبر ثلاث مرات ثم قال لا إله إلا الله ثلاث مرات وسبحان الله وبحمده ثلاث مرات ثم قال أعوذ بك من الشيطان الرجيم من همزه ونفخه ونفثه
