The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The bonds of Islam will be undone one by one. Whenever a bond is undone, the people will cling to the one that follows. The first of them to be undone will be governance by Allah's law, and the last of them will be prayer."
حدثنا الوليد بن مسلم حدثني عبد العزيز بن إسماعيل بن عبيد الله أن سليمان بن حبيب حدثهم
عن رسول الله ﷺ قال لينقضن عرى الإسلام عروة عروة فكلما انتقضت عروة تشبث الناس بالتي تليها وأولهن نقضا الحكم وآخرهن الصلاة
Its isnad is sahih. Haythami said in 7/281, "The narrators of Ahmad and Tabarani are the narrators of the Sahih."
